About Us

Vtix Solutions Corp. is a privately owned and operated Canadian corporation based in Richmond, B.C. Canada. Vtix has been actively involved with the ticketing and box office industry since 1995. We generally classify our business into three categories;

Solutions: Vtix distributes a utility application that enables a client to design and print in-house, tickets, wristbands and other admission products. Clients use this media for admission purposes to a variety of events from concerts, festivals, conferences etc. This program was designed and developed by Vtix.

Products: Vtix distributes a wide range of products that integrate with our software including peripheral POS equipment, high speed thermal ticket printers and the media used by these printers such as ticket stock, wristbands, drink tickets and coat checks. Other products include sheet tickets, roll tickets, ticket books and envelopes.

Services: Vtix utilizes the same software and products to print admission media for clients that choose to out-source this work or only require this service on an occasional basis. To complement this service, Vtix can also host a client’s event through the Vtix Event Portal available at the company’s web site. Once information about the event is uploaded to the web site, patrons can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
